Marny Dolan

Marny Dolan is an accomplished professional in instructional design and content development with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Content Development at Workday since April 2011, Marny has led numerous large eLearning projects, ensuring successful communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Previous roles include Sr. Instructional Designer at AAA and Training and Project Coordinator at Audatex, where Marny developed comprehensive training resources and conducted evaluations to improve training effectiveness. Marny’s career began with ADP as a Product Liaison, creating curriculum for new hire training. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Instructional Design from UMass Boston and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wellesley College.
