Megan Brooks

Megan Brooks, M.A., currently serves as the Early Talent Development Program Manager at Workday, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Megan accumulated significant experience in student development and residence life management at Azusa Pacific University from July 2015 to January 2022, where roles included Area Director overseeing a large undergraduate student living area, Assistant Director of Residence Life managing the Resident Advisor program, and Residence Director responsible for a second-year undergraduate living area. Megan's experience also includes working as a Resident Director at Life Pacific College and an Assistant Residence Director at Azusa Pacific University, as well as serving as a Special Needs Instructional Aide at Pepper Tree Elementary School and as an Executive Team Leader at Target. Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Azusa Pacific University.
