Michael Dean

Michael Dean is currently a Senior Director of oCHRO Product Strategy at Workday, where they develop product strategy and vision with a focus on AI, HCM, payroll, and workforce management. Previously, they held several roles at Peakon, including Director of Employee Experience & People Analytics and Director of Organisational Development Science, where they led efforts to enhance employee experiences and utilized data to inform people strategies. Michael also served as a Marketing Manager at Citrix Podio and began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Northumbria University, followed by studies in Political & Social Philosophy at Valdosta State University.
