Michael Douroux

Michael Douroux is currently the Group Vice President of Field Operations EMEA at Workday, where they drive growth and cross-functional collaboration with their team. Previously, they served as GVP for North Europe and Emerging Markets, as well as Country Manager for the UK and Ireland, achieving over 70% business growth during their tenure. With extensive leadership experience at companies like Anaplan, Oracle, and SAP, Michael has worked across multiple geographies. A strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, they also focus on sustainability initiatives and have contributed as a Board Member for NatureBridge. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
