Michael Muramoto

Michael Muramoto is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical training, photography, and software instruction. Currently serving as an XpressO Senior Technical Internal Trainer at Workday since May 2014, Michael focuses on software development, technical training design, and hands-on lab support. As a freelance photographer since January 2002, Michael manages all aspects of photography services for clients, specializing in various genres including events, portraits, and marketing. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Instructor at Apple, where Michael taught users about the Apple creative suite, and as a Data Warehouse Manager and Professional Services Consultant at Peoplesoft, where project management and ERP implementation were key responsibilities. Earlier career roles included consulting on document workflow and IVR systems for clients at ViewStar and Bridgestone. Michael holds a B.A. in Asian Studies/Civilization from the University of California, Berkeley, and also studied at Sophia University.
