Mike Bian

Mike (JingHongYu) Bian is currently a Technical Lead at Workday, where they are leading efforts to refactor the machine learning platform and streamline engineering processes. Previously, Mike held roles at IBM as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Data Scientist, where they developed frameworks for scalable AI solutions. They also gained valuable experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at Workday and in various engineering positions, including Electrical Engineer at SMART Technologies and Robotics Engineer at a startup. Mike's educational background includes research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo.
