Mike McNamara

Mike McNamara has served on Workday's board of directors since 2011. Mike brings to the board extensive leadership and experience managing international operations. As the former CEO of a large global company, Mike provides Workday with a management perspective on business and strategic decisions.

Mike served as CEO of Flextronics from 2006 until 2018. From 1994 until his appointment as CEO, Mike held a variety of senior roles at Flextronics, including chief operating officer, president of Americas operations, and vice president of North American operations. Mike has been on the board of directors at Flextronics since 2005. Mike is also a director at Delphi Automotive LLP, is on the advisory board at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, and has served on the board at MEMC Electronic Materials.

Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
