Mike Moone

Mike Moone is a Senior Software Engineer at Workday, where they lead software teams focusing on performance, resiliency, and scalability. Prior to this role, Mike co-founded and served as CTO at FlowEQ, a company that empowers teams to create customized workflows without coding. With a background in renewables, Mike managed operations for solar PV systems at SunPower, where they played a key role in negotiating significant service agreements and developing software solutions. They hold a double major in Economics and Mathematics from Pomona College.
