Mikhail Stal

Mikhail Stal is currently a Principal UX Researcher at Workday, where they utilize their extensive background in user experience and human factors. Previously, Mikhail held roles such as Sr. Human Factors Engineer at Insulet Corporation, contributing to the success of next-generation devices, and User Experience Researcher at Sony Electronics, managing multiple research projects. Mikhail’s experience also includes consulting for international clients at UXPRESS CONSULTING INC and conducting research for NASA’s NextGen air traffic control system. They hold a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a focus on Human Computer Interaction from the University of California, San Diego, as well as an M.S. in Human Factors Psychology and an MBA.
