Neche Dwyer

Neche Dwyer, M.Ed, serves as the Director of Engagement Management at Workday since June 2022, leading a team of 14 Presales Managers and Solution Consultants in higher education, healthcare, state and local government, and non-profit sectors. Prior experience includes over two decades at Ellucian, where Neche held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Business Development, focusing on building partnerships with C-Level executives at Minority Serving Institutions, and enhancing customer engagement to maximize investment in solutions. Recognized as 2018 Director of the Year, Neche also directed Solutions Consulting and provided key strategic insights throughout the customer engagement process. Educational credentials include a B.A. and M.Ed. in Communication Arts and Agency and Community Counseling from Xavier University.
