Nitin Fuldeore

Nitin Fuldeore is an experienced professional in human capital management (HCM) with over two decades of expertise in solution consulting and implementation, primarily with Workday since July 2012. Currently serving as Principal of Solution Enablement, Nitin leads deployment teams for large and complex global customers, simultaneously managing multiple initiatives. Previous roles include Principal Architect and Practice Lead, focusing on implementation strategies and driving efficiency through tool creation and template management. Prior to Workday, Nitin worked at IBM as a Managing Consultant specializing in HCM and HR transformation, and held consulting positions across the US, Singapore, and India. Nitin holds an MBA in Systems and Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Shivaji University.
