Ofri Blau

Ofri Blau is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the start-up and technology sectors. They currently serve as the Israel Site Leader and HR Director at Workday, following the acquisition of HiredScore, where they were the Chief People Officer. Ofri has previously held significant HR roles at various organizations, including GE, Real Time Image, and PEER39, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. They hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and East Asian Studies from The Hebrew University. Additionally, Ofri is passionate about mentoring and has established a children's center for after-school activities.
