Ori Blau

Ori Blau is a software development professional with extensive experience in engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as a Manager of Software Development Engineering at Workday since May 2024, Ori previously held the position of Software Engineering Team Lead at HiredScore from January 2021 until its acquisition by Workday in April 2024. Prior to this, Ori was a Full Stack Engineer in the Israel Defense Forces from September 2014 to January 2021, where responsibilities included both team leadership and software development. Ori holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
