With over 20 years of experience in SRE, operations, and solution delivery, they have successfully managed complex, multimillion-dollar software and infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget. Previously, Owen served as a Senior Manager in Cloud Operations and as Environments SRE Manager at Workday, where they led distributed teams to deliver critical automation solutions. They have also held roles at MoneyMate, AIB, and Videlica, showcasing a strong background in technical services and contact center technologies. Owen is currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Technological University Dublin and completed a postgraduate program in Entrepreneurship Leadership in 2023.
