Pat Casey

Pat Casey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and risk management. Currently serving as Director of Security Governance and Director of Information Security at Workday since January 2013, Pat leads the Information Security team and oversees Security Risk Management & Strategy, Vendor Risk, Security Policies, and Vulnerability Management. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from July 2004 to December 2012, specializing in IT Audit, Information Security, Data Privacy, and IT Programme Assurance. Additionally, Pat worked as Information Security Officer at the Health Protection Surveillance Centre, achieving certification to the BS 7799 security standard, and served as Project Manager at Rits, providing consultancy services in various sectors. Early career experience includes an IT Internal Auditor position at Aer Lingus and relevant education in Science, Pharmacology, and Computer Science from University College Dublin.
