Rakesh Arora

Rakesh Arora is an engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in software development and project management. They have held prominent roles at companies such as Oracle, where they served as a Senior Principal Applications Engineer and Senior Manager in Pricing and Order Management, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Rakesh also worked as a Performance Architect at Audatex and as a Database Administrator at ADP. Currently, they are a Globalization Technology Engineering Leader at Workday while pursuing both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, respectively.
