Ravneet Gill

Ravneet Gill is an accomplished professional in technical support leadership, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Technical Support at Workday since September 2023. With extensive experience at ServiceNow from April 2014 to September 2023, Ravneet held multiple senior roles including Global Head of Support Services Impact and Vice President of Global Technical Support. Prior to that, leadership experience at Hewlett-Packard Inc involved managing cross-functional technical support teams for ArcSight Security Products and directing customer support initiatives. Previous roles at VMware and Oracle also contributed to a robust background in technical support management. Ravneet holds an MS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and a BS in Computer Engineering from Punjab Technical University, along with an advanced degree in Project Management from Stanford University.
