Richard May has extensive experience in ethics and compliance law, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for Ethics & Compliance at Workday since 2018, following a role as Senior Legal Counsel in the same area. Prior to Workday, Richard May worked at Juniper Networks from 2014 to 2018 as Corporate Legal Counsel focusing on Ethics & Compliance and as Ethics & Compliance Program Manager. Earlier in 2012, Richard May began a legal career at Juniper Networks as a Legal Intern. Richard May holds a Juris Doctor degree in Corporate Law from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. Additionally, Richard May earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
