Rob Jackson has over 25 years of experience in consulting and human capital management, currently serving as Director of Functional Consulting for Workday Success Plans at Workday since June 2015. Previous positions at Workday include Senior Consulting Manager and multiple roles within Customer Enablement. Prior to Workday, Rob held the position of Manager of Global Human Capital Management and Analytics at H.B. Fuller from June 2009 to May 2015. Rob began a career at Sun Microsystems, where titles included Program Manager and Project Manager in Global Business Systems. Earlier experience includes a role as Compensation Analyst at the University of Minnesota. Educationally, Rob holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University.
