Robin Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, product management, and human factors engineering. Beginning a career at Berwyn Editorial as a Post Producer/Scheduling Coordinator, Robin transitioned to Walmart, where roles included Product Analyst and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on interface and workflow design for associate-facing applications. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, management responsibilities expanded to overseeing a global team of analysts and leading strategic HR system initiatives. Subsequent roles included Director of Quality & Implementation Management in the banking software industry and HR Technology, Analytics, Change Management and PMO Leader at Tyson Foods. Currently serving as Principal Managing Partner at Workday, Robin also holds a BA in Telecommunications from the University of Central Arkansas and is a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International.
