Ruby Schroers

Ruby Schroers has a diverse background in HRIS and customer success, with extensive experience in various organizations. They began their career at Wyeth/Genetics Institute as an HRIS Manager from 1989 to 2000, where they managed HRIS operations and led vendor evaluations. Ruby held significant roles at Novartis, including Global Head of HR Business Excellence, before serving at Workday as both a Senior and Principal Customer Success Manager from 2014 to 2019. Ruby earned a BS in Business from Skidmore College and completed a German Intensive Language Study at the Goethe Institute.
