Rushil Diniz

Rushil Diniz is an experienced technical support professional with a strong focus on integration tools. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Delivery Analyst at Workday since October 2019, Rushil specializes in advanced technical support and complex API integration for enterprise clients. Prior experience includes roles at Manpower, where Rushil worked on-site at SAP as an Integration Engineer, and at HCL Technologies, providing technical support to Eir clients in Ireland. An IT internship at ALONE helped develop foundational skills in technical support. Rushil holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Network Security from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications from Goa University.
