Ruth Bolden

Ruth Bolden is the Director of the Employment Legal Team at Workday, where they lead compliance initiatives and address sensitive employee relations issues. Ruth has extensive experience in employment law, having held positions as Director of Employee Relations at Charles Schwab & Co. and Director of Employment Law at Ross Stores, Inc. They began their legal career as an Attorney at Gartner & Young and have also worked at AT&T, providing strategic counsel on labor and employment matters. Ruth holds a JD from Harvard Law School and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development at the University of California, Berkeley.
