Santosh Khatri

Santosh Khatri is a seasoned payroll specialist with extensive experience in managing payroll operations across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Workday since January 2025, Santosh previously held the same position at Coupa Software from January 2023 to December 2024, focusing on end-to-end payroll processing and vendor management. Prior experience includes a role as an Analyst at ADP from May 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing payroll operations and ensuring the smooth execution of payroll processes. Additionally, Santosh worked at BNY Mellon from June 2011 to April 2016 as both an Analyst and Operations Executive, conducting audits on financial transactions and managing asset transfers. Santosh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
