Scott Salyer

Scott Salyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical enablement and learning development across prominent technology firms. Currently serving as a Technical Enablement Principal at Workday since May 2025, Scott previously held the role of Director of Learning Experience at Confluent, leading the design and delivery of comprehensive training materials for various stakeholders. Prior to Confluent, Scott contributed as a Product Management Consultant at Dell Technologies and held multiple leadership positions at VMware, where responsibilities included managing global training initiatives and developing enablement strategies for over 13,000 employees. Scott began a career in consulting with PathMaker Group, where a focus on identity and access management was established. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Psychology from the University of Louisville.
