Scott Tremper

Scott Tremper is a Senior Art Director at Workday since November 2025, previously serving as the Director of Marketing Enablement at Paradox from August 2021 until its acquisition by Workday. Prior to that, Scott Tremper held the position of Creative Director at Traitify from July 2011 to August 2021, where oversight included all creative aspects related to product, marketing, and sales, collaborating with various teams to develop assessments and result views. Before joining Traitify, Scott Tremper worked as a freelance film editor and motion graphics artist from May 2009 to July 2011, managing multiple clients and projects. Scott Tremper earned a degree in Communications with a focus on Digital Media and Film from Vanguard University of Southern California between 2006 and 2010.
