Shane Murtagh, PhD, is a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test with over a decade of experience in quality assurance and test automation, specializing in AI evaluation, natural language processing, and trustworthy systems. Shane's career includes significant roles such as Senior Technical QA at Fenergo and QA Engineer at Workday. Shane's academic background features a PhD focused on digital scholarly editions from Maynooth University, where they also contributed as an occasional lecturer and demonstrator in Digital Humanities.
