Sharon Ellerker

Sharon Ellerker currently serves as the Vice President of People Business Partners for EMEA at Workday since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sharon held several key positions at HP, including Global Head of HR for Marketing, Finance & Communications and Regional Head of HR for EMEA from August 2015 to October 2022. Sharon's earlier experience at Hewlett-Packard included roles such as HR VP for Enterprise Services and HR Director for UK&I. Additionally, Sharon was VP of Human Resources for EMEA at Nortel from March 2005 to April 2009, where responsibilities included leading the HR Evolution Project. Sharon's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Hull.
