Sharon Reed

Sharon Reed, M.A., is a seasoned Senior Product Instructor at Workday since January 2020, conducting technical training courses for partners on Workday applications through both classroom and virtual formats. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Trainer at Genesis10, specializing in SAP and SharePoint, and a Lead Trainer at CenturyLink, where responsibilities encompassed training program development for software and process-related training. Sharon has also held roles as an IT Manager at Qwest Communications, where a significant expansion of the Software Test Team was implemented, and began her career as an IT Consultant at American Management Systems, Inc. Sharon holds a Master's degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
