Staci Takiguchi

Staci Takiguchi is the Head of Responsible Procurement at Workday, focusing on supplier diversity, sustainability, and procurement risk and compliance. Previously, they held several roles in strategic sourcing at Gilead Sciences, advancing to the position of Sr. Director. Staci also served as Procurement M&A Integration Director and Head of Business Technology Sourcing at Workday before transitioning to their current role. Their past experience includes positions in logistics and supply chain management at Walmart.com, KLA-Tencor, and Cisco Systems. Staci is pursuing an MBA and holds a BS in Information Systems, International Business, and Japanese from Santa Clara University.
