Stephen McCarthy

Stephen McCarthy, PHR, possesses extensive experience in human capital management, particularly in benefits administration. Beginning a career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture from January 1995 to January 1999, McCarthy later served as a Senior Consultant at PremierHR until October 2006, where expertise in SAP/HCM was developed. Following the acquisition of PremierHR by Axon Solutions, McCarthy took on the role of Managing Consultant at Axon Solutions from November 2006 to December 2008, working with notable clients such as Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores.
