Subha Gopalakrishnan

Subha Gopalakrishnan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering for Security Products at Workday since April 2019. Gopalakrishnan leads a high-performing global team focused on Identity Access Management and Data Security and Privacy, overseeing the design and delivery of security products. Previously, Gopalakrishnan held the role of Director of Engineering for Platform Security, where responsibilities included the development of key management services. Prior to Workday, Gopalakrishnan spent nearly 15 years at PayPal in various leadership positions, notably as Senior Software Development Manager for Risk Engineering, where strategic vision and product development were key focuses. Gopalakrishnan's earlier career includes engineering roles at Ispheres Corporation, Avaya Inc., and multiple other tech companies. Educationally, Gopalakrishnan holds a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Bharathidasan University.
