Susan Borgos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal, technology, and organizational roles. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Workday since February 2024, Susan has a rich history in legal practice, including positions as Senior Contracts Manager at Cognizant and Associate Attorney at Lichtenfels Pansing & Miller, P.C. Beyond legal expertise, Susan is President and CEO of Office Technology Solutions, Inc., focusing on managed IT services for businesses. A longstanding referee for the United States Fencing Association, Susan actively contributes to the sport by mentoring referees and supporting fencers. Education includes a JD from the University of Colorado and a BA in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University.
