Susan Mignano

Susan Mignano is currently the Vice President of Product Acceleration and Optimization for the oCHRO at Workday. With extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, Susan previously held positions such as Director of Field Readiness at SuccessFactors and Director of Field Enablement at Knowledge Infusion. Throughout their career, they focused on improving implementation methodologies and resource management processes, ultimately leading teams through significant transitions and organizational changes. Susan began their professional journey as a Technical Analyst at Caremark and advanced their career through roles at PeopleSoft Global Services before joining Workday. They are currently pursuing further education at Indiana University Bloomington.
