Susie Back is currently the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Workday, where they focus on strategic talent acquisition for the People & Purpose HR organization across North America. Previously, Susie held various recruiting roles, including Senior Contract Recruiter at HopeLab, Executive Recruiter at Odgers Berndtson, and Senior Corporate Recruiter for Pottery Barn Brands at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Susie's extensive experience also includes positions at Google and Voyado, where they significantly contributed to scaling recruiting efforts. Susie began their career as a Regional Director - HRBP at UnitedHealthcare and continues their education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and the University of London.
