Sweni Shah

Sweni Shah is a product leader with extensive experience in managing and optimizing product strategies, particularly in analytics and risk management. Currently at Workday since April 2022, Sweni leads the product strategy for the Analytics platform, focusing on data architecture and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Sweni served as Vice President at BlackRock, guiding the Aladdin product with an emphasis on risk management capabilities from conception to launch. Earlier experience includes launching a market research tool at Alcon and serving as a software engineer at Mastek Ltd, where Sweni focused on automating insurance processes. Sweni holds a Master's degree in Information Management with a specialization in Data Science from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, along with a diploma in the same field.
