Tammy Snow is a highly experienced professional in the fields of user experience research, data analytics, and design. Currently serving as the VP of Research, Analytics, and Design at Workday since August 2021, Tammy leads a multi-disciplinary team to enhance user experience and leverage AI for intelligent work solutions. Previously, Tammy held various prominent positions at Expedia Group, including Sr. Director of User Research and Director of User Experience Research, where Tammy directed research strategies to improve usability and drive business success. Tammy has also contributed to organizations like Facebook, Microsoft, Novell, and WordPerfect, showcasing a strong background in user-centered design and research initiatives over a career spanning more than three decades.
