Tania Allison has diverse experience in human resource management and talent acquisition across multiple industries. Tania's roles include HRIS Analyst at Hogan Lovells, focusing on the implementation and support of the Workday system, and Head of Resourcing Africa at Emergence Growth, where strategic recruitment processes were developed. Additionally, Tania has served as an Internal Recruitment Consultant at UDM International, a Mining Recruitment Consultant at Hire Resolve, and a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at IRESS, leading initiatives in talent mapping and employee onboarding.
