Thomas Lim

Thomas Lim is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in technology and management consulting. Currently serving as the Enterprise Sales Director for Continental Europe at Workday, Thomas leads a team focused on enhancing organizations' financial performance through the EPM solution Workday Adaptive Planning. Previously, as Regional Vice President at Salesforce, responsibilities included managing sales strategies and growth for the ASEAN and greater Asia region, alongside leading teams in Australia and developing partnerships with top venture capitalists in France. Prior experience at Microsoft involved driving sales initiatives in enterprise cloud solutions, particularly in cyber security and compliance across the Asia region, while earlier roles at Accenture encompassed consulting engagements for major European companies. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and completed executive education at INSEAD.
