Tim Calloway

Tim Calloway is the Legal Director of Patent Strategy at Workday, where they are building a first-class IP function by leveraging AI to mitigate IP risk. Previously, they served as Senior Legal Counsel for Patent Strategy at Workday and as an Intellectual Property Associate at Baker Botts LLP, where they handled various aspects of litigation and patent law. Calloway also has experience as Systems and IT Manager at the United States Attorney's Office, overseeing cybersecurity and IT initiatives, and as Senior Legal Counsel at Ericsson, managing complex litigation matters and supporting the company's legal strategies. They earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2012.
