Tomas Werner

Tomas Werner is an experienced Product Manager currently serving as a Senior Manager in Product Management at Workday, where they lead the People Analytics roadmap and manage a team focused on platform and feature development. Previously, they held the position of Director of Product Management at Citrix, where they led the GA release of Citrix Assistant and launched a data integration platform. With a strong background in data science and product management, they have also served as Head of Data Science at O2 Czech Republic, where they established data-driven decision-making processes. Tomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics and Control Engineering from the University of West Bohemia and a Master's degree in Asian Studies and International Relations from Metropolitan University Prague.
