Vicky McNamara

Vicky McNamara currently serves as VP of Marketing for the UK&I region at Workday, leading a skilled marketing team to develop and execute customer-centric growth strategies. Prior to this role, Vicky held multiple leadership positions at Salesforce, including Senior Director of GTM & Demand Generation Marketing and Director GTM Marketing for various sectors, where Vicky drove demand generation efforts and collaborated with sales to enhance market awareness. Vicky's extensive experience also includes senior marketing roles at Atos, IBM, Norton Rose, Smiths Detection, and TRW, coupled with a strong educational background featuring a General Management Certificate from Cambridge Judge Business School and a BSc Hons in Marketing from Lancaster University.
