Warren Young

Warren Young, MPA, is an accomplished Senior Solution Consultant specializing in Human Capital Management technologies at Workday since January 2024. Prior to this role, Warren served as Principal Solutions Consultant at Oracle from January 2021 to January 2024, where leadership in transforming organizations in Australia and New Zealand with HCM cloud technologies was demonstrated. With over a decade of experience at Inland Revenue NZ, Warren excelled in various positions including Agile Product Owner and Recruitment Manager, implementing Oracle Cloud ERP projects and leading national recruitment initiatives. Additional experience includes strategic roles at the Department of Corrections NZ and the State Services Commission, among others. Warren holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Massey University.
