Wendy Kennepohl

Wendy Kennepohl is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in global sales enablement and product strategy. Currently serving as Global Vice President of GTM Enablement at Workday since October 2022, Wendy previously held roles such as Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement at Celonis and Senior Director of Product Strategy at Workday, where expert leadership facilitated the definition of long-term product visions and collaboration strategies. Wendy's career began at Ceridian, progressing through various roles in solution consulting and implementation. Additionally, Wendy contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Marquette University, developing HR-related curriculum. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Psychology, Wendy’s educational background includes an MBA in Leadership.
