Bill Crigger

Bill Crigger has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 1994. Bill began their career as President and Career Strategist, Coach and Mentor of Compass Career Management Solutions, LLC. In 1997, they served as a Human Resource Consultant for Outplacement at Leiner Health Products. From 2002 to 2011, they were Managing Partner and Stockholder of OI Global Partners. In 2004, they joined the University of Phoenix - Charlotte Campus | School of Business as CFAL - Campus Faculty Assessment Liaison, Area Chair, Lead Faculty, and Program Manager. In 2011, they became District II Director of the North Carolina SHRM State Council. In 2015, they began teaching SHRM Certification at Central Piedmont Community College. In 2016, they became President of the Lake Norman HR SHRM Chapter. In 2018, they became a Certified Strategic Partner at WorkDove. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Queens University of Charlotte as an Adjunct Faculty Member of the McColl School of Business.

Bill Crigger obtained an MS in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University between 1967 and 1972. In 2006, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2007, they completed a Graduate Course in Ethics 520 from the University of Phoenix. In 1988, they obtained a Strategic Human Resources Management Certificate from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. In 2015, they obtained a SHRM-SCP SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
