Don Baylor

Don Baylor, Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Worker Solutions, LLC, where they focus on enhancing employee retention and productivity through innovative benefits and consulting services. Prior to founding Worker Solutions, Don served as Head of Community Impact and Managing Director at Lafayette Square, overseeing services aimed at improving job quality and financial well-being for middle-market businesses. Their extensive experience includes roles as Senior Program Officer at The Annie E. Casey Foundation, Senior Associate at the Urban Institute, and Director of OpportunityTexas at Every Texan. Don began their career as a Senior Consultant at KPMG, and holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
