Grant Mathis

Grant Mathis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Vice President at Worker Solutions, Mathis leads client engagement initiatives that enhance service delivery and cultivate long-term relationships. Previous roles include Associate at Lafayette Square, where Grant contributed to improving worker wellbeing and retention strategies for middle market companies.
