Falen Milton

Falen Milton is currently the Talent Lead at Workera. Prior to this, they were a Talent Partner- Global Operations at Juul Labs from August 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they were with GroupM as an Associate Director, Global Executive Search from July 2021 to September 2021 and as a Talent Acquistion Business Partner from December 2018 to August 2019. Falen Milton started their career as a Territory Sales Representative at Acella Pharmaceuticals, LLC from January 2018 to December 2018. Falen then moved on to Phaidon International where they spent two and a half years as a Recruitment Manager from March 2015 to September 2017.

Falen Milton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Temple University in Business Administration and Management, General. Falen also attended Council Rock South.
