Alexander Ries has been working in the software and hardware development field since 2014. Alexander began their career at SAP, where they held various roles, including Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, and Student Software Engineer. During their time at SAP, they led and implemented Digital Boardroom and Planning development topics for SAP Analytics Cloud, and worked on SAP Sailing Analytics. In 2020, they began working at WORKERBASE as a Senior Backend Developer, where they are responsible for building the WORKERBASE platform. This platform is used by Fortune 500 customers to optimize manual work processes.

Alexander Ries attended the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Business & Technology. Alexander then attended the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, Dublin for Erasmus in 2013-2014. Afterwards, they returned to the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein and obtained a Master of Science degree in Web Communications Information System in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications in Machine Learning and Mathematics for Machine Learning from Coursera in 2019 and beyond.
