Ryan Spears is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Full Stack Engineer at Workerbee, Ryan is integral in launching a new feature that aligns with market demands. As CTO of Phrenzi since 2015, Ryan focuses on enhancing user experience through technology. Previous roles include Senior Developer at Agilea Solutions, where Ryan emphasized efficiency and collaboration and played a central role in developing the Test Assure SaaS platform. With a strong background in mobile application development at Canada Post, Ryan contributed to the digital transformation of the organization by developing its flagship iPhone app and leading innovative web application initiatives. Ryan's career also includes positions at Signiant, Innovapost, and teaching Java at Willis College, supported by a degree in Computer Math from Carleton University and training in Enterprise Web Development from Willis College.
